Being a mom is the hardest thing I've ever done, but it has brought me so much joy! I want to encourage other moms on their journey, I'll share motherhood tricks, spotlight tips I've learned from friends, and I hope you will share your ideas. I will focus on secrets that help families stay balanced, healthy, frugal, creative, and closely knit. I will also share favorite fiction and nonfiction books that I have enjoyed. Many blessings to you on your mothering journey!

Yummy & Easy Thanksgiving Side Dish - Hot Broccoli Casserole

Looking for a last-minute easy Thanksgiving side dish?  Try my friend Jill Atchison's Hot Broccoli Casserole:

10oz frozen chopped broccoli
1c minute rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1c milk
1c grated cheddar cheese, divided
1 medium chopped onion

Place broccoli in a 9x13 baking dish.  Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes.  Add other ingredients EXCEPT 1/2 of the cheese.  Stir ingredients, then sprinkle the other half of the cheese on top of the casserole.  Bake for 45 minutes.
