Kitchen Time Saver


Whenever you need to brown ground beef for a recipe, double the batch of beef and store the extra servings in the freezer. It won't take you any extra time, and you'll save cooking & cleaning time the next time you need browned ground beef.


I usually brown several batches for the freezer, flavoring some with italian seasoning, and some with mexican seasoning. I label each storage container with the spices used & the date.
